Easter Information

Important dates and information for mail order and click & collect during the Easter period.

Mail Order

Our mail order service will have some operational changes due to the Easter bank holiday weekend.

Wednesday 1st April 2026 – Last dispatch day for delivery before Easter. When in stock and ordered with next day delivery before 3PM. (UK Mainland Only – Excluding Scottish Highlands / Rural areas).

Thursday 2nd April 2026 – Orders placed before 3PM will be dispatched, but will not be delivered until after the Easter bank holiday. Tuesday 7th April onwards.

Orders placed after 3PM will be processed and packed over the Easter break, but will not be collected by the courier until Tuesday 7th April.

Tuesday 7th April 2026 – Mail order resumes normal operation.

Port Solent Shop / Click & Collect

Our Port Solent store as well as our click & collect service will remain open and fully operational during the Easter period.

Opening hours / Collection times:
Monday – Saturday: 0800-1700hrs. Sunday: 0900-1700hrs.
