Important dates and information for mail order, click & collect and our Port Solent store during the Bank Holiday Weekend.
Mail Order
Our mail order service will have some operational changes due to the bank holiday weekend.
Thursday 23rd May 2024 – Last dispatch day for delivery before the weekend. When in stock and ordered with next day delivery before 3PM. (UK Mainland Only – Excludes Highlands and rural areas).
Friday 24th May 2024 – Orders placed before 3PM will be dispatched, but will not be delivered until after the bank holiday. Tuesday 28th May onwards.
Orders placed after 3PM will be processed and packed over the weekend, but will not be collected by the courier until Tuesday 28th May 2024.
Tuesday 28th May 2024 – Mail order resumes normal operation.
Port Solent Shop / Click & Collect
Our Port Solent store as well as our click & collect service will remain open and fully operational during the bank holiday weekend.
Opening hours / Collection times: Monday – Saturday: 0800-1700hrs. Sunday: 0900-1700hrs.
