Step-by-Step Measurement
  1. Use a flexible measuring tape: Use a tailor’s cloth tape measure to measure around the widest part of your head.
  2. Locate the position: Place the tape measure just above your ears and across the middle of your forehead (roughly 1–2 cm above the eyebrows).
  3. Measure snugly: Ensure the tape is snug against the skin but not too tight
