A sail race salopette developed with input from professionals for optimal mobility and the ultimate protection from ocean elements.
 
Designed with input from pro-racer Thomas Coville, the Helly Hansen sailing salopette gives full protection from punishing waves and wind. The seam-sealed HELLY TECH® PROFESSIONAL 3-ply build is extremely waterproof, windproof and breathable. Smart details, including articulated knees, an adjustable waist, adjustable ankle cuffs, and a stretch torso with a waterproof YKK VISLON® AquaGuard® zipper, provide optimal mobility. We reinforced the salopette with sturdy Cordura in the knees, seat and bottom hem. Additional sailing features include a D-ring for a beacon, hi-vis details, cargo pockets and a front opening with fan construction. With the environment in mind, the shell is made with 48% recycled materials.

Care Instructions:

  • Close hook and loop before washing
  • Close zippers before washing
  • Do not iron on print
  • Do not soak
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not use washing detergent
  • Remove promptly from the dryer
  • Wash separately
  • Use washing agent for technical garments
