Please note: The Program covers the replacement battery or battery pack only. All labor, battery replacement service, inspection, testing, certification, programming, diagnostics, shipping, transportation, handling, taxes, duties, and any other charges or fees associated with submission, servicing, or return of the product are solely the responsibility of the product owner. For the avoidance of doubt, a free replacement battery does not include free battery replacement service.
