Important dates and information for mail order and click & collect during the Queens Jubilee bank holidays
Mail Order
Our mail order service will have some operational changes due to the Jubilee bank holidays.
Tuesday 31st May 2022 – Last dispatch day for delivery on Wednesday 1st June2022. When in stock and ordered with next day delivery before 3PM. (UK Mainland Only – Excluding Scottish Highlands / Rural areas). Orders after 3PM will not be delivered until after the Jubilee bank holiday.
Wednesday 1st June 2022 – Orders placed before 3PM will be dispatched, but will not be delivered until after the Jubilee bank holiday. From Monday 6th June 2022 onwards.
Orders placed after 3PM will be processed and packed over the Jubilee bank holiday, but will not be collected by the courier until Monday 6th June 2022.
Monday 6th June 2022 – Mail order will resume normal operation. However, due to the expected back log of orders we will not be offering a next day service until Wednesday 8th June 2022.
Port Solent Shop / Click & Collect
Our Port Solent store, as well as our click & collect service will remain open during the long Jubilee bank holiday.
Opening hours / Collection times: Monday – Saturday: 0800-1700hrs. Sunday: 0900-1700hrs.
